Two arrested after man found dead on Melbourne street
Two people have been arrested after the death of a man whose body was found on a suburban street in Melbourne's east earlier this week.
Police allege the 76-year-old Blackburn North man died after being hit by a car on Tidcombe Crescent in Doncaster East just before 5am on Monday.
A 33-year-old and a 35-year-old man were arrested and interviewed by police today following multiple search warrants.

Police seized a white truck outside a Frederick Street address in Doncaster today, which will undergo forensic examination.
The men have been released pending further enquiries.
