A 17-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after shots were fired at a Melbourne home overnight.
Police were called to a home in Endeavour Hills after reports of gunfire at about 1.20am.
Investigators believe a shooter fired a number of shots from the road or footpath towards the home, injuring the teenager while he was sleeping.

The teen has been taken to hospital in a stable condition with suspected non-life-threatening injuries.
Other family members, who were home at the time, were not injured.
