A NSW man who shook a baby to death has been jailed for a minimum of six years.
A court heard Tre Rudolph shook the three-month-old "out of frustration" near Newcastle in 2020.
Rudolph was initially charged with murder but later pleaded guilty to the alternate charge of manslaughter.

With time already served, Rudolph will be eligible for parole in 2026.
