Man charged with murder over death in Sydney's north
A man will appear in a Sydney court today charged with murder following a death in the city's north.
Emergency services were called to a home about 4.20pm yesterday at Kita Road, Berrowra Heights, following reports of a domestic violence incident.
On arrival, police found a 69-year-old man suffering serious injuries.

He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
A 38-year-old man – known to him – was arrested at the home and later charged with murder.
He has been refused bail and will appear at Hornsby Local Court today.
