Man arrested after woman found dead at home in Melbourne's west
A man has been arrested after a woman was found dead at a home in Melbourne's west.
A major crime scene has been declared in a residential area in Melton South after the woman's body was found at a house on Sutherland Avenue about 1.30pm.
Police have said the man they arrested is assisting with their inquiries.

A large number of police are in the area, with multiple roads blocked off.
Ambulance Victoria said paramedics attended the scene.
